Every Vivette piece is handcrafted in the United Kingdom from solid Oak or Iroko. Here's everything you need to know about getting yours safely to your door.

Where we ship
The United Kingdom (mainland), the United States and Canada. For UK Highlands, Islands or other non-mainland addresses, please email hello@vivette.co.uk before ordering and we'll be glad to arrange delivery.

Delivery times
As each rail is finished by hand, please allow the following from order to doorstep:
- United Kingdom (mainland): 10–15 business days
- United States and Canada: 12–20 business days

Shipping costs
- United Kingdom (mainland): Royal Mail Tracked 48, calculated at checkout by parcel weight (from £4.52)
- United States and Canada: £35.00 for orders up to £150 · £45.00 for orders up to £300 · £55.00 for orders up to £600 · £65.00 for orders over £600

Order updates
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking details once it's on its way.

Returns
We want you to love your Vivette piece. If it isn't right, please see our Refund Policy — returns are welcome within 30 days of delivery. Return postage costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
