Refund policy
We hope you love your Vivette piece. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To request a return, please contact us via the online form on our 'contact' page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Natural Materials
As our products are handcrafted from solid timber, natural variations in grain, tone, and texture are part of their character and beauty. These are not considered faults.
